To create a new assignment from Embedded; follow the steps outlined below.
From your inbox; click on the DocMinder® tab.
Select the New icon to create a new task assignment.
From your web-browser, the Create New Assignment page displays.

Choose a template from the Select Template dropdown list. |

Type the Recipient's Email/Name in the To: textbox and select the Recipient from the auto-complete list. |

Type in a Subject line for the Embedded Assignment. |

Click the Due Date calendar icon to select a date from the pop-out calendar. |

Add information about the Embedded Assignment into the Notes textbox. |

Click the Notifications calendar icon to select a date from the pop-out calendar. |

Click the Add button after selecting a Notification Pattern. |

The Pattern dropdown displays options to select how often are notifications sent for the Embedded Assignment. (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly). |

The Email Pattern displays the type of Pattern selected for the Embedded Assignment. |

The Save button keeps changes made to the Embedded Assignment. |

The Clear button discards any changes made to the Embedded Assignment. |

Click the Add File link to add documents to the Embedded Assignment. |

DocMinder® Embedded Reporting allows you to quickly view data for assignments created with Embedded.
Embedded Reporting gives you a flexible approach to generate reports with the ability to drill-down and view the Progress Page, Workflow and related steps.
To access Embedded Reporting; follow the steps outlined below.
From your inbox; click on the DocMinder® tab.
Select the Report icon to view Embedded Reporting.
From your web-browser, the Embedded Report page displays.

Click the Pending radio-button to view all pending assignments. |

When a workflow is in progress, you can use the Workflow Status page to monitor the progress of the workflow.
To access Workflow Status page; follow the steps outlined below.
From the Embedded Report click the Workflow button in the Workflow column.
The Workflow Status page will display in a new browser tab.
The Workflow Status page displays the selected workflow. The workflow can either be in-process or completed.

The To column displays who is assigned to this workflow instance. |

The DocMinder® Embedded Calendar will keep track of work items to give you a visual idea of what you're doing and when.
The Embedded Calendar gives you a Day, Week, Month and Timeline view of what's happening.
To access the Embedded Calendar; follow the steps outlined below.
From your inbox; click on the DocMinder® tab.
Select the Calendar icon to view the Embedded Calendar.
From your web-browser, the Embedded Calendar page displays.
