DocMinder®, cuts through the chaos associated with manual processes, status meetings and tasks getting lost - with real-time visibility, inconsistencies can be tracked and solved immediately, before they become a problem.
If you're new to DocMinder®, here are a few concepts:
Assign tasks to recipients to execute the work.
Receive notifications and complete tasks.
Are reminders about your tasks that are sent based on a pattern (e.g., daily, monthly, etc.).
The 'Progress Page' is where you add comments, files and complete tasks.
This is the Basic Notification Structure. All task notifications contain the necessary information to complete the assigned task.

You receive task Notifications when updates to the task (e.g., post comments, add documents, etc.) are made.
Notifications are delivered at the default time of 12:00 AM. However, in the following situations Notifications are sent immediately:
- Completed tasks.
- Canceled tasks.
- Rejected tasks.
- Comments posted on a task.
- Document(s) added to a task.
- Checklist updated with comments or completion of a checklist item.

Every task will have it's very own Progress Page which displays all task related (e.g., task instructions, documents attached, comments posted, etc.) information.
You can review the Progress Page of any task, including the details by clicking Review Project button from your email notification.
With Comments you can add notes, upload files, and more. Comments are notes about the task progress and are shared with those who are assigned and responsible for completing the task (e.g., Recipient).
You can view all Comments created by you and other assigned Recipient(s) from the progress page.
To add Comments from the Progress Page; follow the procedure listed below:

Give teammates access to relevant Documents by attaching files directly to your DocMinder® projects. All attachments are displayed in the timeline section of the progress page.
Attaching documents from your desktop computer will attach as a Copy ; while attaching documents from a DMS such as SharePoint, attach as a Link.
Click the Add File button.
Click Select to choose a document.
Drag and drop the file on to the upload area.
Select the complete status radio-option to mark it as complete. Once a task is marked as complete no further changes can be made by recipients.
If completion was made in error; the task owner can revert the status back to pending.
There may be times when a task is Rejected by the assigned Recipient.
Reasons for Rejecting a task could be because it was assigned incorrectly or task information is incomplete.
Select the Reject status radio-option; and then click Save when finished.
